Life trapped In Glaciers

Its winters in Karachi and I wanted to upload a picture that I can actually relate this season with. I shot this photo in Naltar Valley while i was on my expedition to Naltar Lake. Life there is pretty odd and different to what we experience here in cities. People there actually have to deal with real hardships. This person standing alone on the glacier actually caught my attention to capture his daily hardship.

A few years back i visited Naltar valley a beautiful natural scenery, surrounded by rising mountains having lush green grass(in summer) tall trees having PAF base.
We conducted a course for bankers there in a guest house. I can never forget the silence attraction and curved up down slopes of the way. itwas fantastic.
Danial your way of expressing and sharing your travels in unique and lively, so i pray you travel and travel and we will read your beautiful stories.
